Originally founded as Roof Management Technologies
in 1989, we have grown, focusing on the Construction Consulting segment.
RMT Consultants is a totally independent
professional roofing and waterproofing management
group, thoroughly knowledgeable in the many roofing
and waterproofing systems in the rapidly changing
market of today.

party manufacturer or contractor.
We are large enough and geographically
situated to manage your Exterior Building Asset needs,
and provide the varied services and expertise required
with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.

assistance at every level for client understanding
to obtain mutual goals in the program and obtain stakeholder
"Buy-In" at all levels as we proceed through the assignment.
RMT Consultants utilizes the latest technology
in all facets of our work. State of the art equipment
is used throughout our organization from field data
gathering, to final Web Based Digital Output.
Digital imaging and CADD drawings are integral parts
of the reporting and accessible easily without specialized
programs.
RMT Consultants provides an unmatched

and waterproofing knowledge.
We are a minority W/MBE. We are founding
members of the Building Sciences Network, a group
of like-minded professional consultants with affiliate
offices in several Principal cities throughout North
America.
All client assignments are managed by
the Principal-in-Charge during all work in progress.
Direct supervision of all personnel and their work
is reviewed by a Sr. Project Manager for accuracy
and final compilation. In most cases a Principal or
Sr. Manager will be on site for portions of the design
work.
Our office in Florida consists of a total
field, administrative and management personnel of approximately
18. We occupy 3500 sq. ft. of space in our own free-standing building.
Our office is fully staffed with project
managers, quality assurance managers, and Sr. consultants,
consultants, draftsmen, and a full administrative
staff. We also have a full time Information Technology
Department and Web Hosting Service.
We are engaged in projects ranging in scope
from a few thousand to several million dollars, and
geographically we work with clients throughout North
America from Canada to Mexico and the Carribbean.
Our clients are principally commercial
property managers and owners of retail, office and
commercial buildings, warehousing, financial, industrial,
health care, hospitality, institutional, and educational
organizations. We also have numerous clients in the
Architectural and General Contracting industries.
The majority of our client projects involve
conventional commercial construction. Most work is
in existing facilities, with approximately 15% in
new construction from peer review to design and project
management. Our primary emphasis is on roofing with
approximately 70% of our assignments in this category
with 30% waterproofing. Our services are about evenly
split with survey and analysis work at 33% (including
non-destructive testing and computer database management),
design specifications and project management at about
33% and quality assurance is approximately 25% with
the remaining forensic and litigation oriented investigations
and specialized consulting requirements.
RMT Consultants is committed to Collaboration
